Petitioner has filed petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to present the final report before the learned trial Court after invoking the provisions of Section 307 of IPC and fairly enquire into FIR No.16, dated 13.02.2022, under Sections 341 and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P- 3). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that in this case challan has been filed after deleting Section 307 of IPC and prayed that the police be directed to add the said Section in the FIR. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G. Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and submitted that the petitioner has remedy to agitate all these pleas before the trial Court, at appropriate stage. 5. Heard.
