In such view of the fact, no cause of action has accrued to the petitioner within the territorial jurisdiction of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, therefore, this writ petition is not cognizable by High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate High Court.
