This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(A) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent по. 2 to decide the case no. 13798/2024, computerize case no.T202402080213798 (Dinesh Kumar and others Vs. Shamshad Begum and others) under section 116 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situated at Village-Sarai Sheshveer @ Salmapur, Pargana-Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a partition suit in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj, to decide the case no. 13798/2024, computerize case no.T202402080213798 (Dinesh Kumar and others Vs. Shamshad Begum and others) under Section 116 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
