The petitioner has assailed the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Finance & Revenue in Case No. 1498 of 2024 under Section 68 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006 imposing fine. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the said order appeal lies to the Tribunal, as provided under Section 70 of the Act. He states that the State Government has notified on 23.05.2014 the District Judge, Moradabad as Presiding Officer of the Tribunal for several districts including District Rampur, from which the present case arises. 3. In view of the availability of alternative remedy under the Act, we decline to examine the challenge and leave it open to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy. 4.
