This Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) has been preferred against the Judgment/Order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in OWP no. 1369/2013. 2. The order passed by the Financial Commissioner, Revenue dated 10.09.2013 in File No. 387/FC-AP was assailed by the respondents. The writ court dismissed the said petition with the observation that ‘if the claim of the petitioners was examined on the parameters of the law laid down in Central Council for Research in Ayurvdevic Sciences v. Bikartan Das, 2023 SCC Online SC 996 by the Apex Court, the learned writ Court did not find any reason or cause to show indulgence and did not find any merit in the writ petition and the same was accordingly dismissed. 3. During the currency of this LPA, both the parties have entered into settlement between them and compromise agreement in terms of that settlement has been placed on record by filing an application bearing CM no. 4106/2025. In terms of the compromise agreement dated 26.05.2025, the parties have amicably settled their dispute by dividing 2. LPA 322/2024 in [OWP 1369/2013] their property under Survey No. 2858 measuring 195 Kanlas, 05 Marlas situated at Mahabodhi. 4. Keeping in view the amicable settlement arrived between the parties and the compromise entered between them, nothing further survives for adjudication in this appeal and this appeal is accordingly, disposed of in terms of the compromise settlement arrived between the parties.
