Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Writ C No.18235 of 2022, the order dated 20.10.2022 was passed by the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Fatehpur by which the petitioner was granted permission to sell his firearm being Rifle No.AB-97-5959 to Rajput Gun House Civil Lines Fatehpur. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the firearm license of the petitioner the number of gun was mentioned as N.P.315 Bore Rifle No.A.B 97-4959 which is correct number. It is argued that in this view of the matter, various representations have been submitted by the petitioner to correct the firearm number in the order dated 20.10.2022 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make fresh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Kunwar Mayank Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Jagat Pal .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) representation ventilating all his grievances along with copy of the earlier representation and certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Fatehpur within three weeks from today.
