Power Corporation Limited has accepted the recommendations of 6th and 7th pay commission and, therefore, the prayer that petitioner's family pension be increased in terms of recommendations cannot be adjudicated by this Court, however, in case, the respondents have accepted recommendations and it has an effect on family pension also, claim of petitioner can be considered, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations.
