Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 and Sections 66(C), 66(D) and 66(E) of the I.T. Act, 2000, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad.
3. On 21.01.2025, at about 4:30 p.m., Cyber Police, Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Nandlok apartment, Flat No. 303, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, several mobile phones were recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused M. Shrinu and Rahul Kumar Paswan have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the
petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Cyber Crime Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 10 of
2025.
