The present anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for the offences registered under Sections 420, 120B, 434, 409, 467, 468, 469, 471, 109 of IPC and Sections 13(2), 13(1)(c)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act.
3. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have cultivated the forest land. He submits that the land is their ancestral land and there is genuine dispute in respect of title. By referring to paragraph 8 of the petition, he submits that land has been released from the forest land vide Letter No.1999 dated 01.05.1969 and petitioners and their ancestors are cultivating the same since long.
5. Considering the facts and genuine title dispute, I feel that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
6. The petitioners, above named, are directed to appear before the learned Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of
this order and on their appearance, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Vigilance (A.C.B.), Hazaribag, in connection with A.C.B. P.S. Case No. 42 of 2010 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioners and other should be a resident of State of Jharkhand, having sufficient landed property in his name or in the name of his ancestors in which he is having share and to that effect, he has to file an affidavit before the Trial Court indicating his share in the property.
7. The petitioners should cooperate and join investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer once in 15 days.
