Petitioner had made a statement in his petition that just one day after passing of the impugned order dated 27.05.2025 he was released on 28.05.2025 on default bail in connection with the other case, i.e. Khowai P.S. case No.2024/ KHW/ 062. Mr. Janardhan Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that since the petitioner has already been released on bail, he cannot be produced on the basis of that Production Warrant. Therefore, he does not press this revision petition. Accordingly, the instant revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
