[5] Th Commissioner/ Secretary (Sericulture) Govt. of Manipur, Secretariat, Babupara, P.O & P.S. Imphal, Imphal West District, Manipur-795001 and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, represented by Registrar of Companies, North East Region, 5th Floor, Prithvi Planet, Behind Hanuman Mandir, Uluvari, G.S. Road, Guwahati- 78100 are impleaded as respondent nos. 8 & 9 respectively. [6] Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the present case and memo of parties.
