Objections on behalf of the respondents have been filed. It has been brought to our notice by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Bank that the petitioners have not complied with the interim order dated 08th of December, 2025, whereby the further proceedings by the Bank to recover the dues under the SARFAESI Act, was stayed, subject to deposit Rs. 50% of the amount due on the said date. More than, five months have passed, interim direction has not been complied with. 2. Today also, when the case was called, nobody turned up to appear on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have failed to deposit 50% of the amount due in terms of order dated 08.12.2025 and has decided to abandon the proceedings and because of this reason, he has not come present today.
