Upon being informed by learned AGA for the State that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid remedy.
