These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2565 days caused in filing the above said appeals. 2.The unserved respondents are set exparte before this Court. The insurance company have not prepared any appeal challenging the quantum fixed against them. Therefore, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. 3.Accordingly, these petitions stand allowed. The delay is condoned.
