This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 13th November, 2024, passed by this Court in WP(C) 1627/2022, whereby this Court while admitting the writ petition filed by the petitioner has provided by way of an interim arrangement that the post against which respondent No. 6 has been selected shall be filled up in accordance with law, however, one post as may be available as on date or that which would fall vacant in future, shall be reserved. 02. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the aforesaid order came to be passed on the basis of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No. 6 that he was selected against the post with which the petitioner had no grievance. Mr. Shafqat Nazir, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 6 figures in the wait list and is not a selected candidate. 03. Be that as it may, the fact remains that the interim order is clear and unequivocal and provides that the post against which the respondent No. 6 has been selected is required to be filled up in accordance with law, meaning thereby if the respondent No. 6 is not selected, no post is required to be filled up in accordance with law. The impugned order was clear enough, yet the petitioner has chosen to file a review petition to allay his wild apprehensions. The review petition is without any merit and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
