In compliance of order dated 20.09.2023 passed in W.P.(S) No.5557 of 2022, the petitioner has been regularized, but the petitioner is aggrieved by the post in which, he has been regularized and the period from which he has been regularized. He prays that though the order has been substantially complied with but since he is aggrieved by the order by which he is regularized, he may be given liberty to challenge the same. 3.
