She has further submitted that the petitioner has already filed a representation and suffice it would be if the representation of the petitioner be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 2. The counsel appearing on behalf of the Vinoba Bhave University submits that it is the governing body of the college who has to pay the gratuity to the petitioner. 3. Considering the submissions made above, I direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for gratuity the same should be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. If it is found that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief, a reasoned order to that effect indicating the reason of such denial should be communicated to him within the aforesaid period. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J.) KNR
