The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 66 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419,420, 467,468,471,120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. & Section 66B, 66C & 66D of the I.T. Act, 2000, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7145 of 2024 by order dated 04.10.2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to be involved in cyber offence. On 27.04.2024, Cyber Police Giridih, on the basis of confidential information, raided a place near Sirsiya village and apprehended this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that witness has claimed that the petitioner had cheated him. 6. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. 7. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S.
