It is contended that the petitioner's bhumidhari land has been allotted to the private respondents, against which, proceedings for cancellation under Section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act was initiated by the petitioner which was dismissed, against which, a revision was preferred which is pending considering. 2. It is further contended that during pendency of the revision, private respondents had initiated proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in which an eviction order has been passed against the petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner had filed a restoration application on 18.08.2025 which is pending consideration. Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the revenue authorities constituting a team for evicting him from the property in dispute. 3. As the restoration application is still pending in proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondent, and the writ petition is being disposed of directing the revenue authorities to proceed with the said restoration application and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, after hearing all the affected parties. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
