No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.250 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. The allegation against the accused is that he committed theft of one unit of river sand. It is submitted that there is no previous or subsequent case as against the accused and the accused has been attending the Court regularly.
