CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. B. PD. SINGH ORAL ORDER 9 08-04-2025 In pursuance to the direction of this Court, the petitioner along with his counsel is present in Court. However, neither informant nor his respective counsel has appeared. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections323, 341, 313, 379, 498(A), 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready to keep the informant with full dignity and honour but it is the

The petitioner, in the alternative is ready to make payment of Rs. 2000/-(Two Thousands) per month to the informant/O.P. No. 2 as maintenance from April, 2025 by depositing the same in the bank account of the informant/O.P. No. 2 by second week of every month. Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 09 of 2023. The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted on filing receipt of payment of Rs. 2000/- to the informant for the month of April, 2025.
