Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 22.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with B.P. No.1480 of 2023 arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No.182 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the impugned order, certain observations based on case-diary have been stated with respect to character of the victim due to which the petitioner (husband of the victim) feels offending. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2453 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 observation made in the bail order has no bearing on the merit of the case. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the trial court for expeditious disposal of the trial. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 7. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr.
