(Oral) The petition has been filed with a grievance that despite having been selected as Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Geography in response to advertisement 24 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024, Annexure P-1, as per results dated 26.09.2024 and 03.01.2025, Annexures P-4 and P-6, respectively, she has not been allowed to join without citing any reason. Her representations dated 01.04.2025 and 03.07.2025, Annexures P-13 and P-14, respectively, remained unanswered. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 08.09.2025, a copy whereof is retained on case file as Annexure ‘A’. She further contends that the petitioner has not been given appointment due to a pending criminal case against her. She has now represented seeking provisional appointment which is under consideration with the Department and appropriate decision will be taken within six weeks.
