Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 75, 76, 79, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 8, 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.07.2025, this petitioner committed indecent acts and outraged modesty of minor daughter of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Patna High Court CR.
