The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents to grant the benefits of service and salary in the pay scale of 10300-34800-3200 G.P along with arrears of salary and interest 18% per annum as amended vide the 6th Pay Commission in the pay band of Rs. 33300 + admissible al- lownces and notional benefit. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the ratio of the law laid down by this Court in CWP-15896-2023 (O&M), titled as “Saurabh Sharma and others Vs. State of Punjab and Anr.” dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-12), which has been duly upheld by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2977-2024 (O&M), titled as “State of Punjab and Anr. Vs. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P-12) to the official respondents and he shall be satisfied in case, appropriate directions are issued to the respondents to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P-12) in a time bound manner. 4. Notice of motion. 5. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Charanpreet Singh, AAG, Punjab who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and has no serious objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record carefully. 7. At this stage, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025 (Annexure P-12) in view of the law laid down by this Court in CWP-15896-2023, titled as “Saurabh Sharma and others Vs. State of Punjab and Anr.” dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-12) and in LPA- 2977-2024 (O&M), titled as “State of Punjab and Anr. Vs. Dr. Sauravbh Sharma and Others” (Annexure P-13) within a period of three months of date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8.
