(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the notices dated 27.05.2023 (Annexure P-1) and 26.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) issued under Section 160 Cr.P.C. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned State counsel along with the learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 8 submits that pursuant to the issuance of notices, FIR No.13 dated 16.04.2024 U/s 420, 120B IPC, P.S. State Crime, SAS Nagar, Punjab came to be registered in which later a compromise was arrived at and the said FIR has been quashed vide order dated 30.01.2025 CRM-M-58975-2024 on the basis of a compromise. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
