The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-authorities to initiate enquiry against respondent No. 6, Gram Pradhan, Village-Dilman Devariya, Pargana- Kantit, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Mirzapur and for direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 07.08.2025 filed in this behalf. 2. The petitioner alleges embezzlement of public funds by the Gram Pradhan, respondent No. 6 herein. 3. As complete procedure is prescribed for initiating proceedings against Pradhan under the provision of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997, and therefore, we find no good ground to entertain the present petition. We leave it open to the petitioner to approach respondent No. 2 by means of a fresh representation bringing to his notice the previous complaint and in which event, he will proceed in the matter strictly in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the 1997 Rules. 4.
