The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar in Maintenance Case No. 1865 of 2022 arising out of an application under Section 125, Cr.P.C., whereby interim maintenance has been awarded. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties settled their dispute amicably before the court concerned. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly. Office shall return the certified copy of the documents to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
