(Oral) The petitioner has challenged her transfer order dated 26.06.2023 (Annexure 1 to the petition), by which she was transferred from SCERT, Dehradun to Government Inter College Barkot, Naugaon, District Uttarkashi. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the file. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had gone to join her new place of posting, but the Principal had said that the post is not vacant as one Ms. Ruby Gautam Saraswat has taken charge on that post. He would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the Director General, Secondary Education, Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun for retaining her at present place of posting or to transfer her at nearby places. He would submit that the respondent no. 2 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 2 4. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No. 4 to IA No. 10 of 2025) shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. 5. The Court takes on record the statement made by the learned State Counsel 6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/the Director General, Secondary Education, Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 4 to the IA No. 10 of 2025) within a period of four weeks from today.
