PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is arraigned as an accused in Crime No. 470 of 2024 on the file of Kasibugga Police Station, Srikakulam District, for the alleged offences under Sections 126(2) and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations made against the petitioner and the provisions of law alleged against the petitioner would not attract the facts narrated in the complaint. 2 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the stage of investigation, and the wound certificate would indicate grievous injuries. 4. Considering the nature of the allegations against the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer of Kasibugga Police Station, Srikakulam District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 5.
