No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.304 of 2014 for the alleged offence under Section 294 (b), 353 and 506(i) of IPC. The case is pending from the year 2014 at the stage of execution of warrant on the accused. The defacto complainant also does not wants to pursue the matter.
