Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 23.07.2025, registered as FIR/Case Crime No.104 of 2025, U/s 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Kheeri, District Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerte Prayagraj). ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 not to arrest the Petitioners in pursuance of the first information report dated 23.07.2025, registered as FIR/Case Crime No.104 of 2025, U/s 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kheeri, District Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerte Prayagraj)." It has been argued by the Additional Government Advocate that Section 103 BNS has been added in the First Information Report. The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed. September 11, 2025 n.u.
