HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 32348 of 2025 Court No. - 21 HON'BLE MANOJ KUMAR GUPTA, J.
HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR, J.
1. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to repair his House No.410/1, Shastri Nagar, Kanpur.
2. At the outset, we made query from the counsel for the petitioner as regard to title/allotment in favour of petitioner in respect of the said house. Counsel for the petitioner could not place before us any fact, which may go to show that the petitioner has any title/allotment of the house in his favour. In paragraph no.6 of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner has been residing in the said house from 1988 with uncle of his wife, to whom the house was allotted.
3. As the petitioner has failed to show even prima facie title/allotment of the house in his favour, therefore, we find no merit in the writ petition.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. September 23, 2025 Ashok Kr. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shrawan Dwivedi, Virendra Singh (Tomar) Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
