2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 230 of 2023 arising out of Barwadda P.S. Case No. 193 of 2022, for the offences registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., 1860 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Dhanbad.
3. Bail Application of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court earlier.
4. The petitioner is alleged to have murdered his brother-in-law, who after affairs married his sister. It appears that on the basis of confession of the petitioner, the wooden logs which was used in committing murder of the deceased was recovered from a place outside his house.
5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
6. Learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial.
