By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay Assured Career Progression to the petitioner according to Government order dated 5.11.2014 to the petitioner. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay amended pension of the fixation of the Assured Career Progression to the petitioner and also pay arrears to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the higher authority on 11th November, 2024, a copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure – 4 to the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event a direction is issued for disposal of the pending representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11th November, 2024 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the authority concerned, the same shall be reasoned and speaking one.
