This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.505439 of 2025, Guru Dayal and others Versus Sangeet Kumar and others under section 134, Revenue Code 2006. 2. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, to remove the illegal possession of the respondent no.3 over the land in dispute and hand over the possession of the petitioners, So that justice may be done." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 505439 of 2025, Guru Dayal and others vs. Sangeet Kumar and others, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
