1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.108 dated 11.06.2024 registered under Sections 406 & 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City-1 Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 23.10.2024 passed by this Court, the Vinod Kothiyal 2025.04.03 18:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
4. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.10.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 03.04.2025
