Sonia vs. State of U.P. and another) for quashing the charge sheet no. 336 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024, cognizance/summoning order dated 19.09.2024 as well as proceedings of aforementioned case. The application was dismissed on merits on 23.04.2025. The said fact has not been disclosed in the present application.The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone.
