Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the statements of the prosecutrix, her mother and the complainant have been recorded and that they have not made any incriminating statements against the petitioner. 03. The learned counsel submits that in view of these changed circumstances, the petitioner intends to file a fresh application before the learned trial court. 04. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court afresh by moving an application for grant of bail.
