The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s): for issuance of appropriate writ of mandamus and any other writ or writs, command, direction/directions to the respondents authority to re-measure the land which has been acquired by the BRBCL (NTPC) Project grant and pay the compensation in lieu of land acquired by the BRBCL (NTPC) Project by the Government of Bihar after fresh measurement from the land Mark i.e. from the Plot of Rajendra Singh, Naresh Singh Chandrabanshi, Baburam Thakur, Ramchandra Thakur treating it residential land and then pay the compensation in lieu of land as per Government Rules and Regulation and/or any other appropriate order/orders, direction/directions as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the interest of natural justice and fair play. 3. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation Authority (LARRA) in next four weeks. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the authority shall take into account the fact that the matter was pending before this Court since the year 2018 while dealing with the limitation petition. 5.
