At the outset, learned A.G.A. on instructions apprised to this Court that in the present case charge-sheet No.120 of 2025 has been forwarded on 13.03.2025 against the petitioners has already been submitted in this case and cognizance has been taken on 14.07.2025 and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
