JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 2 02-12-2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of provisional anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Xth, Saran at Chapra vide order dated 24.03.2021 and confirmation dated 13.08.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 776 of 2021. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61739 of 2021(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Maker P.S.
