Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent- authority is not releasing the payment for the contractual work executed by the petitioner pursuant to the work orders issued by respondent No. 2 on behalf of the State Government under the contract. In respect to his grievances, petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent-authority is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no. 2 Additional Chief Development Officer/Upper Mukhya Adhikari, Zila Panchayat Agra to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Saurabh Tripathi, Sohit Prakash Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Indrasen Singh Tomar M/S Mahalaxmi Constuction Village Pahali Kala .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) representation along with certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent 2 within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter from the date he receives the representation of the petitioner.
