The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner and others are accused of cheating the informant of Rs. 2,71,000/-, and he is in custody since 17.10.2024. 4.
