Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Considering the nature of dispute involved, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition grants liberty to the Petitioner to give an objection to the impugned Notification dtd.24.12.2021 so issued by the Government in the Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Department under Annexure-2. 4. It is observed that if any such objection will be filed with regard to the Notification issued under Annexure-2 within a period of 3(three) weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by Opposite Party No.1 within a further period of three (3) months form the date of receipt of such objection. 5.
