Learned State counsel on instructions submitted that in the present FIR out of total 05 nominated accused, one accused has been arrested. He further submitted that the daughter of the complainant is presently residing with her parents at Kathua. The statements of the parents have already been recorded, wherein they have stated that their daughter is residing with them voluntarily and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case and the same may be disposed of as the same has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
