Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents in taking steps to assign/allot house site pattas in Tank Poramboke (Pulikunta Cheruvu) in Sy.No.62 to an extent of Ac.10-10 cents in Kesarapalli Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District, in order to allot subject lands to the beneficiaries of 2 the scheme launched by the government viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the instructions received by him from the Tahsildar, dated 12.12.2024. A perusal of the same would reflect that an alternate land was identified and the same was proposed for issuance of the house site pattas to the beneficiaries of the scheme launched by the government. Therefore, the proposals of the acquisition for issuance of the house site pattas in respect of the subject lands have already been dropped. 4. The written instructions of the 4th respondent – Tahsildar, are placed on record. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
