JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 3 04-04-2025 In the instant application, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of Matrimonial/Divorce Case No. 106/2023 from the judgeship of Patna to the judgeship of Khagaria. The matrimonial suit for divorce was filed under Section 13(i), 13(i) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Therefore, this Court having roster in respect of transfer of cases in criminal matters cannot hear out the same. 2. For lack of jurisdiction, the record of this case be placed before the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice for assignment to any other Hon’ble Bench having determination to take up transfer of civil suit. 3.
