Before parting with the order, I would hasten to add that it is very strange that petitioner has approached this Court seeking transfer of his pension account. It was a small request which in accordance with law could be either accepted or rejected. The petitioner submitted representation in July’ 2024 which was followed by legal notice dated 15.04.2025. The Courts are inundated because of these type of petitions which are outcome of inaction of officials. Valuable time of the Court is spent in adjudicating these cases which may7 be resolved at the departmental level.
