Shahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Petitioner has approached this Court to quash a notice dated 07.08.2025 whereby she was asked to appear on 18.08.2025 to place her case with regard to EWS Certificate for appointment as Anganbari Karyakatri. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has appeared before concerned respondent, i.e., District Programme Officer, Ghazipur, however, no hearing took place and no further date is fixed and there is likelihood that her claim may be rejected. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that in case till date no adverse order is passed, petitioner can still appear before said respondent with a week and place her case. 4. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of that in case till date no adverse order is passed in pursuance of notice dated 07.08.2025, petitioner will appear before District Programme Officer, Ghazipur on 17 th September, 2025 at 02.00 PM alongwith a certified copy of this order and place her case, thereafter concerned respondent will proceed further in accordance with law. 5. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel will communicate the concerned respondent about this order as well as Registrar (Compliance) to take steps.
